At akta MTB, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new mountain bike apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer if possible.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
